"We" are JAY LLC known as (dba) REALTAKAI. REALTAKAI is the sole owner of this website, www.REALTAKAI.com (the "Site")and the services available through them (collectively, the Site, and the services available through them are the "Services").

We publish this Privacy Policy to let you know how we collect, use, disclose and protect information about you - our customers who visit our online properties or stores - and what choices or rights you have concerning this information.

This Privacy Policy describes how REALTAKAI (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from realtakai.com (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Site (collectively, the "Services"). We also comply with Policy change notification to our users, and provide mechanisms that allow our users to manage their personal data personal information.

REALTAKAI is a global company and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers have operations. We may receive data collected locally by affiliated companies and collect data online directly from individuals in countries around the world. We may process that date on servers globally. Our Services may contain links to or be accessed from other websites or apps not owned or controlled by REALTAKAI. Those sites or apps may collect information about you. REALTAKAI is not responsible for their practices or content, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR REALTAKAI'S EEA CUSTOMERS AND VISITORS

REALTAKAI provides additional information to its customers, website visitors and users of its apps who are based in the EEA or Switzerland in order to meet data privacy regulations in those countries. This information supplements that which is provided in the Privacy Policy above.

Responsibility for Data About You

Chapter 4 Corp., doing business as REALTAKAI (address above), is the data controller for all data collected from REALTAKAI's online properties. Depending on the EEA store(s) with which you interact, JAY LLC may be a data controller for the personal data collected through REALTAKAI stores. We reserve the right to update this information from time to time as we open stores in additional countries. We collect, use, and disclose your data as described above. You do not have a statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with any information, but if you do not provide us with such information, you will not be able to access or obtain certain services (for example, without your shipping address, we cannot send REALTAKAI products to you).

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Providing Products and Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services in order to perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, to send notifications to you related to your account, purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, to arrange for shipping, facilitate any returns and exchanges and other features and functionalities related to your account. We may also enhance your shopping experience by enabling Shopify to match your account with other Shopify services that you may choose to use. In this case, Shopify will process your information as set forth in its Privacy Policy and Consumer Privacy Policy.

We may use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you advertisements for products or services. This may include using your personal information to better tailor the Services and advertising on our Site and other websites. If you are an EEA resident, the legal basis for these data processing activities is our legitimate interest in selling our products, according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.
